Delta Dinner Team
We are looking for a few more people to join our delta dinner team. The team serves the homeless on the sandy river delta the first Sunday of every month. This is a great opportunity to reach out and show God’s love by providing a warm meal. Sign up at the event table or talk to the church office and we will get you connected.

ETC Presents Pirates of Penzance
ETC is presenting their latest production Pirates of Penzance! This is sure to be fun for the whole family. The show runs 6/8 through 6/17! Tickets are available online or at the door.

Serving Opportunities at The Chapel
Calling all Chapelites who are looking for a fun way to serve. We have a couple opportunities for you! We are in need of some more team members for our first impressions team. As part of the first impressions team you greet members and guests at the door with a smile! It’s a fun, tangible way to show people who we are and give them a warm welcome on Sunday mornings. Another opportunity we have is to be a part of our “bean counting” team. Bean counters help count the tithes and offerings after church on Sundays. This is a great opportunity especially for those who enjoy math and numbers. Contact the church office if you are interested in either of these opportunities.

Children’s Ministries

We are looking for some volunteers who want to love on our kiddos this summer! Summer is a busy time for many of our chapelites that have been serving so faithfully throughout the year and we want to find some extra coverage for the next few months. We have lots of options! Anything from being an “on-call” sub, teacher, or assistant! Talk to Pastor Tammie or the church office and we will get you connected.

 

Community Garden

We have some exiting news! We have been working hard and getting a garden open and ready on our 257th property. We want to open it up to our chapelites for planting. Contact Tim Hesson or the church office and we will answer any questions and get you connected.

Camp-Out

Our annual chapel family camp-out is fast approaching! We have more sites available and really want to fill the campground! Feel free to invite friends and extended family to rent sites as well. Payments are due in full by June 1st and there will be an additional fee for payments after that. Camp-out dates are 8/13-8/20. Can’t camp for the whole week? That’s ok! We have options for doing part of the week or just the weekend! Talk to John Rice to register or with any questions.

 
Item’s Needing a New Home

 
Our de-cluttering has yielded a lot of items that need new homes! We have tables set up in the warehouse with the items and want to give you an opportunity to look through and see if there is anything you can use. Donations are accepted and can be left in the offering box in the lobby. These items will only be available until 6/10!

Clothed in Love
We are looking for volunteers for our clothed in love outreach so we can open it up to members of the community. We need people 6/9, and 6/10 from 1:00PM-3:00PM. Sign up at the event table!
